No, you don't need to set up an account, you can choose to checkout as a Guest instead. We recommend creating an account as this will allow you to move through the checkout process faster on your next purchase with us, with your address details and email preferences saved.
HOW DO I USE A PROMOTIONAL CODE?
Once you've reached the checkout stage, enter your promotional code into our discount bar, enter the correct code and click 'Apply'. If the code is valid, your discount will be applied!

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Australian orders are shipped via express post, express shipping means your parcel will arrive to you approximately 1-3 business days after receiving your dispatch notification! Delivery will take an extra day to Western Australia and South Australia.
International orders will take approximately 10 business days
HOW MUCH DUTIES AND TAXES WILL I HAVE TO PAY?
All prices include Australian Goods & Services Tax (GST). No other tax or duty will be applied to orders delivered within Australia. We are not responsible for any taxes or import duties imposed on items delivered outside Australia. If you are unsure about this, please contact your local Customs Office

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE?
Your personal online security is extremely important to us. We do NOT store any of your credit card details, nor do we have access to this information. We use a third party gateway system to process our credit card payments, so you can be confident when shopping with us that your security and privacy are protected
Please follow the wash instructions on your clothing - for example, if your clothing specifies dry clean only we recommend using a specialist dry cleaner. If you have not followed the wash instructions as tagged on your clothing and your clothing is damaged we cannot accept a return. If you are unsure of the garment's care label always 'cold hand wash' to avoid any possible damage to the fabric. If an item is made from viscose we recommend avoiding wash. An alternative would be to cold hand wash or spot clean. You may need to iron the viscose garment back into shape after washing.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?
We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you received an item with a manufacturing fault, our Customer Service team will help resolve the problem as fast as possible. FAIR WEAR AND TEAR
If a button falls off or zip breaks after you wear your clothing due to fair wear and tear, we cannot accept a return.
WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME WHEN MY ORDER IS DELIVERED?
We want to ensure your parcel will arrive in great condition and securely so if you are not at home when your package arrives, for Australian orders, Australia Post will leave a card which you just need to take to the nominated Australia Post branch to pick up your parcel.
For international orders, if no card is left, you should check with your local post office, as all international deliveries require a signature.
