WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We want all our girls to be happy with their purchases so in the case that you have any issues and are not 100% satisfied we welcome you to send it back for an e-Voucher of the same value as your purchase so you can pick up something else
- After checking the conditions of the return on this page, if your return is valid please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the message title "RETURN REQUEST".
- We offer returns on full priced items only
All returns will be issued an e-Voucher of the same value of the original purchase which you can use to purchase a different item or the same item in a different size
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges
We strictly do not offer returns with Sale items or orders purchased with a Promotion Code
Returned item/s must be received by us within 14 days of receiving your parcel
- The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense, we can not refund or add credit for the cost of the return postage. We will process the return when we receive your item/s
- We do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in the mail, we recommend that you keep a copy of the tracking number.
Our team will inspect the return before sending out the e-Voucher. If we find the item to be in an unsuitable condition (see below for more details on valid returns) we reserve the right to refuse the return and we will need to send it back to you. Our team will contact you if this is the case.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
- We only accept returns for garments that are unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached
- We cannot accept any returned garment with make up stains, fake tan marks or any other marks
The item must be a full price item, there is no return for sale items this includes all promotion codes and sales (e.g. flash sales, reduced items)
For our metal range (i.e. Kendall Metal and Paris Tops) we do not accept returns based on forced breakage, accidental tears of metal, size charts are in the description as specified in the product pages we cannot accept returns of these items if the item is torn by wearing - we quality check before sending out and make sure they are perfect condition when they are sent to you
We do not accept any returns due to wear and tear
We do not offer returns on any "Accessories" (e.g. sunglasses, belts, hats, headpieces etc) In the case that it is faulty, please email us at email@example.com with the title "FAULTY RETURN"
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the message title "RETURN REQUEST".
- Mail the parcel back to us at the address provided. We recommend emailing us the tracking number so we can keep track of the return
- Wait for an email from us confirming that we have received your return
- We will send you a e-Voucher of the value of your returned order which will be valid for 1 year
