INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS SHIPPING - $30 AUD FLAT RATE 

We offer an expedited choice, which is a flat rate of $30 AUD, tracking is included, shipping period is up to 5 days to get to main cities, please allow up to 7 for non main cities. We use DHL Express

New Zealand: 2-5 working days to metro New Zealand

United States: 6-8 working days to United States

Rest of the world: Due to less flights caused by Covid19 the estimate is 8-10 days

 

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

• We want all our girls to be happy with their purchases so in the case that you have any issues and are not 100% satisfied we welcome you to send it back for an e-Voucher of the same value as your purchase so you can pick up something else
• After checking the conditions of the return on this page, if your return is valid please email us at info@thestunnerboutique.com with the message title "RETURN REQUEST".
• We offer returns on full priced items only
• All returns will be issued an e-Voucher of the same value of the original purchase which you can use to purchase a different item or the same item in a different size
• Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges
• We strictly do not offer returns with Sale items or orders purchased with a Promotion Code
• Returned requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the order, we cannot process returns if the received delivery is beyond 14 days 
• The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense, we can not refund or add credit for the cost of the return postage. We will process the return when we receive your item/s
• We do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in the mail, we recommend that you keep a copy of the tracking number. 
• Our team will inspect the return before sending out the e-Voucher. If we find the item to be in an unsuitable condition (see below for more details on valid returns) we reserve the right to refuse the return and we will need to send it back to you. Our team will contact you if this is the case. 

 

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

We only accept returns for garments that are unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached

We cannot accept any returned garment with make up stains, fake tan marks or any other marks

The item must be a full price item, there is no return for sale items this includes all promotion codes and sales (e.g. flash sales, reduced items)

We do not accept any returns due to wear and tear

We do not offer returns on any "Accessories" (e.g. sunglasses, belts, hats, headpieces etc) In the case that it is faulty, please email us at info@thestunnerboutique.com with the title "FAULTY RETURN" 

 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

1. Email us at info@thestunnerboutique.com with the message title "RETURN REQUEST". 
2. Mail the parcel back to us at the address provided. We recommend emailing us the tracking number so we can keep track of the return
3. Wait for an email from us confirming that we have received your return
4. We will send you a e-Voucher of the value of your returned order which will be valid for 1 year

FAULTY RETURNS/WRONG ITEM

In the case that an item we sent is faulty or you have received the incorrect item/size, please contact info@thestunnerboutique.com with the message title "FAULTY RETURN" include your order number and details of the issue and we will quickly resolve it. Please attach images of the faults
